Rodolfo Eduardo III Sulia Herrera, commonly known as Sulia, is a Puerto Rico senior international footballer who primarily plays as a centre-back.

Born on 8 August 2001 in Carolina, Puerto Rico, Sulia is a right-footed, 188 cm defender who stands out for his physical strength, competitive mentality and commanding presence at the heart of the defence.
